Chair of the pan-Dorset AHP’s and public health steering group.
- To push the agenda forward for the smaller AHP to be able to partake in advanced practice and highlight roles appropriate for smaller professions.
Raise the profile of AHP’s at local level and ensure AHP’s have opportunity to sit around the table when strategic decisions are made.
- To integrate services where appropriate, and provide seamless equitable and value for money care for the citizens of Dorset with the most appropriate health care professional
Allow opportunities for progression and growth for healthcare professionals working in Dorset.
- Chair of the Dorset AHP Public Health Steering Group.
- Project Lead & sponsor for AHP’s and health inequalities.
- AHP representative on the ICS Health Inequalities Group.
- AHP representative in the Optum PHM HI/elective wait project.
