The programme runs over 12 months and involved a series of masterclasses that aim to challenge thinking and offer new ideas and approaches whilst firmly staying rooted in the participants own reality.
It will involve a co-designed event at the beginning to ensure the programme is tailored to participants development needs.
Masterclasses include a focus on:
- System Leadership
- Collaborative Relationships
- Courageous conversations
- Leading Complex Change and more.
The programme will also feature peer learning, coaching and mentoring which all aim to make sense of and transfer the learning directly to delegates work and practice.
