We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Lead Receptionist/Administrator to join our team at the Woodlea House Surgery. This will be 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service of healthcare professional within the Surgery in a courteous, efficient, and effective way.
Provide general assistance to the Surgery team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.
Supporting the Practice Supervisor and reception team in the absence of the Practice Supervisor.
Offer additional information and support to patients and visitors to the Surgery and signpost to additional services that will meet their needs over and above their health needs.
You should have at least 3 years previous General Practice Experience in a reception environment. You should also have experience of working with computerised recording systems and possess excellence IT skills. We also require people who have a proactive, friendly, empathetic and organised approach and are able to maintain confidentiality. Knowledge of SystmOne is essential.
