JOB TITLE: NETWORK BUSINESS MANAGER

RESPONSIBLE TO: NETWORK CLINICAL DIRECTOR

REPORTS TO: NETWORK CLINICAL DIRECTOR

BASE: WIMBORNE & FERNDOWN PCN

HOURS PER WEEK: 15

CONTRACT TYPE: PERMANENT

SALARY: DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

To liaise with

PCN Clinical Director, PCN Practice Managers, PCN GPs Provider organisations, Voluntary sector, CCG, Practice Shareholder Company – Castleman Healthcare.

Job purpose

To play a pivotal role in the delivery of high quality primary health care within Wimborne & Ferndown Primary Care Network (PCN).

Support Wimborne & Ferndown PCN Clinical Director and the member practices to ensure the smooth running of the PCN.

To be involved in the management and development of the PCN.

To be responsible for the production of performance and quality reports within the PCN and other Network initiatives.

To be responsible for the oversight of the PCNs financial systems/payments to all the practices within the PCN.

Ensure the PCN is compliant with the GDPR and FOI along with other relevant legislation and professional information management standards.

To maintain existing relationships with our Partners such as Castleman Healthcare and Dorset Healthcare and develop collaborative working relationships with other organisations.
