Bere Regis surgery is looking for a salaried Gp to work 4 sessions a week.

Bere Regis  has good communications to Poole ,Blandford, Dorchester and Weymouth.
We would welcome a GP at any stage  in their career and are happy to mentor someone if new to General Practice.
We are increasing the number of sessions due to increase In list size and to help cover holidays and ease work load. We are a 2 partner partnership plus one retainer GP.

We are planning to rebuild the surgery to provide better space for staff and offer more services to the patients.

The practice is a dispensing practice has high QOF achievement and has no nursing home or care home in the practice area.  We have a low visit rate and are a training practice.  We have list size of  3700 patients  with a low E-consult rate.

Our patients can easily access our reception by phone and do not have a long wait for appointments. We are supported by an experience nursing team and have a PCN clinical pharmacist and physiotherapist.

There will also be opportunity for extra locum sessions if you wish.
Bere Regis is easily accessed from Poole Weymouth Dorchester or Blandford.
Salary dependent on experience.
We are very happy for Informal visits or phone discussion prior to application.

We are willing to wait for someone who is completing their training this summer.
