We are looking for a dedicated and reliable GP to join our friendly team. Our practice ethos is to work together to provide excellent patient care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

• PMS
• List size 8000 & expanding
• CQC rated good
• Excellent feedback on NHS choices
• Split equally between two branches in Ferndown (BH22 8AZ & BH22 8QF)
• Purpose built modern sites with parking

• 4 partners, 1 retainer GP, 1 salaried doctor & 1 advanced clinical practitioner
• Optimised workflow with administration team who send referrals and action tasks

• Training practice for medical students, F2s & GP registrars
• Low home visiting rate
• SystmOne, Econsult, Accurx & Ardens
• Access to dual screens and standing desks

• Involvement in practice meetings encouraged

• Part of Crane Valley Primary Care Network with social prescribers, home visiting paramedics, pharmacy team, teenage counsellor, nursing home GP, Digital Champion, Mental Health Practitioner

• 4 – 6 sessions required
