We are seeking a skilled administrator who is looking for a role which combines office tasks and patient contact, who is enthusiastic and motivated to help others by managing a variety of tasks effectively and contributing to the team’s delivery of high quality care.
You should have previous experience of providing administrative support, including arranging meetings and minute taking. You should have strong IT skills and an eye for detail. You should be a good team player who is able to work on your own initiative with good interpersonal skills and able to deal with sensitive issues in a confidential manner. There is a requirement for you to be able to prioritise competing demands and see tasks through to completion within tight timescales.
Previous NHS experience and a knowledge of patient electronic systems would be an advantage but not essential.
