HOME TREATMENT MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT WORKER

Dorset HealthCare Crisis Response Service is looking for Mental Health Support Workers wishing to join the Home Treatment Service based at St Ann’s Hospital in Poole.

This is an exciting time to join the Home Treatment Team. It forms part of new Crisis Response Service in Dorset which also includes The Retreat, Community Front Rooms, The Connection and Psych Liaison Services.

The Home Treatment Team works with adults living in Dorset, providing intensive home treatment in the community as an alternative to hospital admission.

You will be a part of a multi-disciplinary team and under direction you will provide a supportive role for service users and carers accessing the Home Treatment Service, in order to promote their recovery.

If you are an experienced Mental Health Support Worker we would welcome your application. We would also encourage applications from Mental Health Support Workers wanting to gain experience in a fast paced team as full training will be provided.

Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
