We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Clinical Psychologist to to join our Enhanced Health and Wellbeing team working across Dorset. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with the appropriate skills, experience and qualifications to join a highly motivated, professional and committed team.

The Here For Each Other staff wellbeing service complements and enhances the wellbeing programme already in place within each partner organisation. We want to make sure that we do everything possible to support colleagues at a time when they might forget to look after themselves while prioritising others.

Our Wellbeing Hub has coaches and clinicians trained in mental and physical health with a spectrum of offers, ranging from wellbeing coaching to physiotherapy, counselling, psychological therapy and mental health.

Our aim is to provide high quality specialist clinical psychology services, to ensure best care and outcomes for staff members across Dorset, as well as contributing to the development and resilience of health and social care staff. You’ll have excellent leadership and communication skills combined with a comprehensive psychological knowledge base. Highly skilled, organised, creative, flexible and able to think on their feet; offering formulations, guidance and interventions will stand you in good stead.

You’ll have a sound understanding of safeguarding practice and principles, a positive approach to multi agency working and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

This is a full time role, 37.5 hours per week ending on 31/03/2023.

Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of. Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service are able to present a valid DBS certificate instead of requiring a new check.
