An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in our vibrant and expanding eating disorders provider collaborative in Dorset.

As lead provider within the collaborative we are working to develop eating disorders services across the footprint of Dorset, Isle of Wight and Hampshire in collaboration with partners.

The Service requires a highly skilled, motivated and talented Case Manager to ensure safe and effective care pathways are in place for all services users within both NHS and independent sector intensive treatment settings.

The post holder will provide expert clinical support to the Provider Collaborative’s commissioning arm in relation to the defined population, to include projected mapping of future service use, identification of users for future service provision, planning in terms of future service needs.

This is a full time role, 37.5 hours per week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving transformation through the planning and commissioning of the ED provider collaborative service.
