We recently went into partnership with Bournemouth University and, with the merger of Poole Hospital and Royal Bournemouth & Christchurch Hospital NHS Foundation Trusts, became University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust this is a really exciting time to join us!

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a self motivated Consultant Secretary to work within Cardiology. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent keyboard and audio skills and will be expected to deliver and maintain a professional secretarial service. They will need to work well as part of a team, but also on their own initiative and strive to offer the best service for our patients. You will need to be flexible and adaptable, possess excellent organisational skills whilst maintaining a friendly disposition and excellent telephone manner.

The successful Candidate will also have the responsibility of line managing a team of secretaries/admin staff within the department.

Base Location: Royal Bournemouth Hospital but there is an expectation that you may be required to work across sites.
