We recently went into partnership with Bournemouth University and, with the merger of Poole Hospital and Royal Bournemouth & Christchurch Hospital NHS Foundation Trusts, became University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust this is a really exciting time to join us!

Our ambitious multi-million pound plans to develop our sites are well underway, including developing RBH as the major acute and emergency hospital in East Dorset, PH as the major planned care hospital, and ambitious plans for Christchurch to support on-going patient treatment.

Consultant Urological Surgeon

Upper Tract Surgery (Open, Laparoscopic and Robotic)

This is a full time post to join our team of 11 Consultant Urological Surgeons. The successful candidate will join our established upper tract team. We offer open, laparoscopic and robotic renal surgery. We have a Da Vinci Xi robot which is equipped with a dedicated Hitachi intraoperative ultrasound. We work closely with our in house radiology team who offer ablative treatment for small renal lesions. The ideal candidate will have a broad urological background with additional post CCT experience in robotic and laparoscopic upper tract surgery.
