As and When Patient Coordinator
The role of a Patient Coordinator is varied, with the department spanning Reception, Outpatient appointments, Ward Clerks and our Call Centre. The post holder will have the opportunity to learn all functions ensuring that no day is ever the same.
We are currently recruiting Patient Coordinators for the Outpatient Appointment and Ward Clerk service. You will need to have customer services experience and be able to demonstrate good organisational skills, communication skills and an empathetic approach. Previous NHS experience is not essential but would be advantageous.
