SENIOR MEDICAL SECRETARY/TEAM LEADER

An opportunity has arisen within Renal Department for a highly motivated, experienced Senior Medical Secretary to join their established team.

Reporting to the Business Manager, the post holder will provide a first class secretarial & administrative service for the Renal Consultants, and will be involved with a wide range of duties including clinic typing, telephone enquiries and administration. The post holder will also act as Team Leader to a team of medical secretaries, and will be a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, well organised, logical, methodical and able to remain calm when under pressure.

The Renal Department is very busy and the post holder must have the ability to organise and prioritise their workload effectively, and work on their own initiative.
