Multidisciplinary Team Trainee (MDT) Facilitator
Band 3 rising to Band 4 following a successful 6 month induction.
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to work as a MDT Facilitator?
Do you feel it is time to develop your knowledge and skills further and also be part of this unique and much needed resource in the NHS working to improve the care of cancer patients?
At Dorset County Hospital, we can offer you the opportunity to do just that.
What is a Trainee Cancer Multi-Disciplinary Team Facilitator?
All patients diagnosed with cancer receive care from a range of clinical staff, who meet regularly to discuss the best treatment option. MDT Facilitators are an integral part of the MDT and contribute to the patients’ experience by ensuring that MDT meetings run smoothly, actions are followed through and data recorded.
If you are well organised, enjoy the challenge of working with a wide range of people to tight deadlines, and consider yourself a flexible self starter, then we’d love to hear from you.
