Would you like to work in an area of great natural beauty and drive to work and clinics through the Dorset countryside, with views of the Jurassic Coast? Our Trust, based in Dorchester, lies within West Dorset which includes busy market towns, seaside resorts and rural villages.

We are looking for a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist to join our friendly 8 consultant team at Dorset County Hospital. We are offering a 7 PA post and are keen to recruit a candidate with a special interest in Colposcopy. The appointed consultant will be expected to take a share of general referrals and participate in the non-resident on call rota. Outpatient clinics are also held in local community hospitals and we have a full range of obstetric and gynaecological services in the hospital.

This is an area with a great quality of life with easy access to outdoor activities with a wide range of watersports and also a thriving arts scene. There are great schools in both the state and private sectors.
