OPHTHALMOLOGY CLINICAL FELLOW (SPECIALTY DOCTOR)
Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, ambitious and highly motivated Ophthalmology Clinical Fellow to join a well established, progressive and supportive team.
This ophthalmology fellow post is to join a team of 4 Consultant Ophthalmologists, 2 Specialty Doctors, 3 Nurse Practitioners and 4 Orthoptists based at Dorset County Hospital in Dorchester.
The post offers a fantastic ophthalmic training opportunity including sub-specialist and general ophthalmic training. Surgical training is included and will depend on degree of experience of the successful applicant.
The department is actively involved in research and has just recruited patients to the macular degeneration STAR study.
Opportunities exist to participate in on-going research and present work at national or international meetings.
