Full Time (37 hours) Case Support Coordinator to work Monday to Friday.
You will join our Service Support Team based at our Shaftesbury Local Office, providing specialist business support to the North Dorset Locality Team.
You will work as an integral member of the Operational Team providing direct support for the Area Practice Managers, Social Workers, Assessment and Support Coordinators, Customers and their Carers.
Excellent customer service skills and a flexible attitude are required to support a positive approach and provide a high-quality service.
You must have an eye for detail, excellent organisational skills and be self-motivated to produce work to the highest standard. It is also essential you possess a minimum typing speed of 45 wpm (tested at interview) which is vital to this role to ensure all processes meet necessary deadlines. Knowledge of excel would be an advantage, we will provide full training on all processes, procedures and specialist systems.
This post is office based, however there is a travel requirement for attending training/meetings and you are contractually required to have a vehicle (or transport deemed to be suitable by the Council) available for use as required.
