Approaching retirement? Consider what is most important to you and and plan for it. Retirement is a period of transition that will involve some significant changes to life.

This workshop will encourage you to think about and prepare for your retirement in a non-financial sense. It will help you to consider what is most important to you, and provide you with tips to support your desired activities as part of a long and healthy retirement. We will cover what you can do to live longer and avoid ill-health, and demonstrate a range of tools and support available that can help you to build healthy habits and social connection.

This retirement planning workshop is open to anyone working in the public sector in Dorset who is planning to retire or semi-retire within the next 5-10 years, or for those who have recently retired.

The sessions will be held online via MS Teams on these dates:

  • Tuesday 26 October, 10am-11.30am
  • Wednesday 19 January, 10am-11.30am
