Nothing about diets to stick to, this is a single session that offers a broad approach to understanding our own individual thoughts and feelings that drive us to eat or not eat. By developing our own awareness we are in a better position to do something about the unhelpful patterns.
Bring a small snack, just one item to use in a meditative practice…a raisin, a grape, a nut, a wotsit (!)… gherkins are not recommended!
