Nature, Art and the 5 Ways to Wellbeing is 5-week online course, designed to support wellbeing, promote creativity and encourage participants to get outside and enjoy our local parks and beaches. This creative course is ideal for anyone who wants to make creativity and connecting with nature a part of their recovery or to improve their wellbeing.

The 5 Ways to Wellbeing are evidence-based principles that can help us feel more positive and able to get the most out of life. This gentle course will support you to bring the 5 Ways to Wellbeing into your everyday life, helping you Connect, Learn, Be Active, Take Notice and Give. Bring the outside inside through these fun, interactive sessions.

This course a partnership between BCP Council’s Culture Team and The Parks Foundation’s ‘Parks in Mind’ programme.
