Simple ways to improve how you sit and move to help your overall mental and physical health.
This four-week online course – run by the Here For Each Other staff wellbeing service physiotherapists Rhya and Viviana – is suitable for everyone.
Using MS Teams we’ll give you practical information, guidance and support on sitting, standing, lying down and general movement.
Please note that you’ll need to be able to attend all four sessions – they come as a package!

Each week will see us discussing a different topic.
These are interactive sessions, with plenty of opportunities for questions. You won’t need any specific kit, just make sure you’re wearing clothes you can move in.
