Many of us are concerned about what we eat, whether we are getting enough sleep, our posture and fitness levels or difficulties in communication. Join our Here For Each Other coaches for 1-hour Mindfulness drop-in sessions to help us to Sleep Well, Eat Well, Move Well and Speak Well.

  • Eat Well

Worried about what you eat?

If you often struggle to make time in your day for a lunch break and find that unhealthy snacking can become more than a temptation, join us for an online drop in session to learn mindfulness techniques that focus on being more thoughtful about what you eat, how you eat and when you eat.

Please bring along a small item of food such as a raisin or grape.

 

  • Sleep Well

Sleep is an important part of our day, but with the stress of daily life it can be hard to drift off when your mind is buzzing with activity.

Join us for an online drop in session and learn about the natural rhythm of sleep, how to break unhelpful habits and practice a meditation exercise to aid sleep and restfulness.

 

  • Move (Walk and Sit) Well

So many of us spend our day sitting at a desk working or on our feet with little rest. Moving is important for a healthy lifestyle, and learning to sit and walk properly are key to good posture that can help prevent long-term health conditions.

Join us for an online drop in session and learn how to use mindful movement to promote increased awareness of your body and learn how take better care of yourself. This can be particularly helpful for people who spend a lot of time sitting during their working day.

 

  • Speak Well

Public speaking, or even just talking to colleagues can sometimes be intimidating. By being more aware of our tendencies, thoughts and feelings when in communication, we can develop and practice new ways to respond to others (and ourselves).

Join us for an online drop in session and learn how to use mindfulness techniques to improve and strengthen your communication skills.
