Our four-week mindfulness course
We’ve added a third taster session on Wednesday 2 June for our four-week mindfulness course due to start on Monday 7 June.
The taster session will give you a proper insight into what the course entails, with the opportunity to sign up to the course itself.
Caroline Rice-Varian will be leading another no-sign-up mindfulness drop-in half-hour on Thursday 27 May. It’s a no-obligation way to bring some calm to your morning. No previous mindfulness experience necessary.
