“The team are brilliantly supportive here”

Theresa Baker is a CAMHS practitioner, based in Weymouth.

Her role involves assessing young people and then working with them and, in many cases, their families, helping on what Theresa describes as their ‘getting better journey’.

With an office located just five minutes from the sea, Theresa explains that the team in Weymouth make the most of their location. ‘In the summer we go swimming at lunchtimes, you can go for a run along the beach after work – and there are also some great coffee shops and cafes near here.’
