Swanage Medical Practice is an innovative and forward-thinking Practice seeking a 6 – 8 session GP Partner (Salaried GP Considered).

We are based in our own Practice, serving our community of 10718 patients and you will join a team of GP partners, Salaried GPs, ACPs, Pharmacists, nursing team, Physician Associate, and supportive admin team.

We passionately believe in creating a friendly and supportive environment and believe in developing individuals in the Practice. We are a training Practice and have also established a mentoring system to support all clinicians, particularly helpful for recently qualified GPs.

We are part of Purbeck Primary Care network and are embracing the opportunities that arise out of ARRS roles and Network funding.

We support the areas of special interest which our GPs have. These include Minor Surgery & Joint injections, Contraception, Research and Frailty.
