Our Dorset Leadership Development has been designed and delivered by local health and social care professionals to support system staff to develop their skills and knowledge.

The Our Dorset Leadership development offer has been designed to complement the existing offers already in place at organisation level and have a unique set of purposes that aim to:

  • Support leaders and organisations to work together in new ways and develop system leadership across the local health and care system
  • Enable leaders across the system to come together to develop a positive, shared vision for the future
  • Promote frequent personal contact between leaders across the system
  • Encourage leaders across the system to work with each other in ways that are potentially unfamiliar, and sharing of knowledge and resource
