Project Description

Strategic Partnership Lead.

Dorset with homeworking

Closing date: 15th October 2024

Summary

A new partnership between (BCHA, The Lantern Trust and Help & Care) is mobilising the Universal element of the Access Wellbeing transformation plan, in partnership with the NHS and stakeholders from the Dorset ICS.

The development of Access Wellbeing hubs across Dorset is part of the universal offer of wellbeing support, an element of the mental health transformation programme for adults. The hubs will support people to take the steps that matter to them by connecting them to what they might need, at the right time and in the right place, ultimately empowering people to make their own choices and moving towards full citizenship with the communities.

It is imperative that a universal offer is continuously informed by stakeholders and responsible to the fluid and diverse needs of people and neighbourhoods.

Therefore, Help & Care are seeking to recruit an experienced individual to develop and lead an engagement programme, grounded in coproduction so as to amplify the voice of people and communities across Dorset, about what matters to them.

Central to this programme, is the need to bring agencies and community leaders together to maximise their experience and capacity, for the benefit of the universal offer and the ongoing transformation programme.

The successful applicant will be experienced working with multiple stakeholders, often with competing priorities, and will be able to demonstrate leadership capabilities in the complex world of health, social care and VCSE sectors.
