The Shaftesbury Adult and Older Persons Community Mental Health Teams are looking for a highly motivated Administration Team Leader who preferably has a comprehensive knowledge of NHS secretarial and administrative procedures. This is a newly created post and will be part of a network of three Administrative Team Leaders working together across the North Dorset Community Mental Health Teams.

This is a part time vacancy of 30hrs per week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day to day administrative functions across the Shaftesbury Adult and Older Persons Community Mental Health Teams. This role requires the successful candidate to be responsible for the line management and supervision of the administration team across the two teams and to provide PA support to the two Team Leaders in the teams

Excellent communication skills and a good level of IT literacy are essential.
