We recently went into partnership with Bournemouth University and, with the merger of Poole Hospital and Royal Bournemouth & Christchurch Hospital NHS Foundation Trusts, became University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust this is a really exciting time to join us!

Our ambitious multi-million pound plans to develop our sites are well underway, including developing RBH as the major acute and emergency hospital in East Dorset, PH as the major planned care hospital, and ambitious plans for Christchurch to support on-going patient treatment.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Discharge Team.

You will work as part of team co-ordinating referrals received from our wards and sending to the appropriate service following a validation process. You will helping to improve patient flow primarily working at Bournemouth Hospital. The role will incorporate cross site working and cover with Bournemouth Hospital. You will be working closely with our Partners and building good working relationships.

Main Working Days: Monday - Friday - 4 hours per day.

Occasional weekends/ Bank Holiday working to cover annual leave & sickness.

Base Location: Royal Bournemouth Hospital
