Dorset Health care are excited to offer a developmental role within the CAMHS transitions team.

This exciting role is based at Pebble Lodge and has a focus on supporting people back into the community.

The team pride themselves on working alongside the young person, families and carers and being a part of their recovery journey.

The applicant will have the opportunity to run groups, support using a social prescribing model and enjoy working with multiple agencies to get the best outcomes for the young people who we support.

Being a developmental role, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to develop into a band 5 transitions practitioner once specific criteria have been met within the band 4 role.

As a Band 4 your salary will be £12,026 - £16,818 p.a

Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of. Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service are able to present a valid DBS certificate instead of requiring a new check.
