We recently went into partnership with Bournemouth University and, with the merger of Poole Hospital and Royal Bournemouth & Christchurch Hospital NHS Foundation Trusts, became University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust this is a really exciting time to join us!

Our ambitious multi-million pound plans to develop our sites are well underway, including developing RBH as the major acute and emergency hospital in East Dorset, PH as the major planned care hospital, and ambitious plans for Christchurch to support on-going patient treatment.

As a Trust we are committed to personal and professional development, supporting staff to achieve their full potential. Successful candidates will be enrolled into our Newly Qualified Nurse structured 12 months Preceptorship Program, with regular study days, mentoring, and support in practice. Using a work based learning approach you will be helped to apply your theoretical knowledge to your practice, ensuring a smooth transition into the role of Registered Nurse as you become integral to the wider multidisciplinary team, initiating and delivering care.
