Social Workers Adult Learning Disability Team

We are looking for Qualified Social Workers to work as part of our Adult Integrated Learning Disability Team across BCP council area.  We have full time vacancies accross the area.  Our office lcoations are Delphwood, Poole, Hillcrest, Bournemouth, and Christchurch local office.

You will join an established team of skilled and motivated individuals undertaking high quality person centred assessments applying appropriate legislation and criteria when required.  As part of our Integrated Team you will hold a varied caseload and work closely alongside health colleagues and partners.
