We recently went into partnership with Bournemouth University and, with the merger of Poole Hospital and Royal Bournemouth & Christchurch Hospital NHS Foundation Trusts, became University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust this is a really exciting time to join us!

Our ambitious multi-million pound plans to develop our sites are well underway, including developing RBH as the major acute and emergency hospital in East Dorset, PH as the major planned care hospital, and ambitious plans for Christchurch to support on-going patient treatment.

The Workforce Team within University Hospitals Dorset are a dynamic and passionate team within the People Directorate. We are seeking a motivated individual who holds our values to the core of everything they do.

We want someone who is approachable, understanding and instils inspiration in people they work with. You will need to have an understanding of NHS workforce systems, such as ESR and Health Roster; along with a confident ability to use excel, word and other Microsoft products.

As an innovative individual you will provide technical and administrative support and contribute to the continued development and evaluation of Workforce Systems providing support to customers, managers and employees for all functions provided as part of the workforce systems service.

The role requires highly effective communication and planning skills and the ability to work in a complex workforce environment.

Above all we are looking for the right individual with a proven track record of excellent interpersonal skills.

This can be a fixed term or secondment opportunity.

The Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Poole Hospital NHS Foundation Trust have now merged into the University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust.
