We recently went into partnership with Bournemouth University and, with the merger of Poole Hospital and Royal Bournemouth & Christchurch Hospital NHS Foundation Trusts, became University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust this is a really exciting time to join us!

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Administrator to join our excellent Quality and Risk team University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust and this role will be based at the Poole Hospital site.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual with excellent organisational,communication and interpersonal skills. You will enjoy working as part of a busy team and be able to communicate effectively with various staff groups.

The post holder will support the Head of Risk and other members of the Quality and Risk team with a suite of administrative tasks and be one of the front facing members of the team taking a varied scope of enquiries from UHD colleagues. The post holder will be integral to supporting the developing function of the risk management system (Datix) to meet the future requirements and process of National Patient Safety Framework - this will include account queries and supporting the incident validation process.

The ideal candidate will be looking for an opportunity to develop their knowledge of the Quality and Risk landscape within a healthcare setting . We would welcome applicants who have experience of working within healthcare or those with transferrable skills from outside the NHS.
